 Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. The delivery time of the order on the Site vary according to the order placed by the Customer and the delivery conditions of the order itself. The delivery times are approximate and not binding for the Company. We do everything possible to ensure that Shipment is made within 48 hours. We will provide you with the Tracking Number of the parcel as soon as it is dispatched, we send it by email with the respective transport company, so you may follow the delivery. UniqWear is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure beyond our control.
Order Delivery
Upon arrival of the order, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact UniqWear at

If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.
If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by UniqWear within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date appearing on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with UniqWear and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.

Payment Methods
In the event that UniqWear is unable to fulfill part of the Customer’s order for reasons beyond UniqWear control, the Customer’s payment will be deducted from the price of the undelivered products and the related shipping costs after informing the Customer changes.

UniqWear uses software approved by Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide with the latest security standards (128-bit SSL) plus also PayPal.
When you make a payment, you are automatically connected to the payment server, which is part of the control system of the bank’s data processing centre. The Customer’s bank data, which is protected by encryption, does not pass through UniqWear electronic systems and is not stored in UniqWear electronic systems.

Price Adjustment Policy
Items purchased from UniqWear are eligible for our price adjustment policy as follows:
UniqWear will provide the price difference, based on the price and currency type of the paid order, if the selling price of the same item (of the same size, color, etc., from the same seller) was reduced within 30 days of payment in the same country or region. Items that are promotional or no longer available may not be eligible for our price adjustment policy.
The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your items.
Fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded for any price adjustment calculation.
UniqWear reserves the right to the final interpretation of our price adjustment policy, the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time, and the right to deny any price adjustment at our sole discretion.
