Returns Process
If you want a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item to get a refund and place a new order. All exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day you received your order from us. We will send you an email to inform you once we receive your return with details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know we can’t exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we will send you another email once your new item has left our warehouse. All exchanged items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as the original order. If we have refunded you items, the funds can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return costs in the event of a change in color or size. You can send the package via a postal service of your choice. Once we have received and registered the returned items in their original condition, we will begin processing your exchange request. We will pay for the shipping of the new product that will be sent to the customer. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order by us.
The products must be in their original condition and should not be used. All returns must include the original box in its original condition.
Refunds & Processing
When you return your order, please include the return label mesage with the following details marked on it:
• Your order number
• What items you are returning for a refund
• The reason for the return Unless we have delivered the item by mistake or the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for the return costs. You will then be able to send the package via a postal service of your choice. Once we have received and registered the returned items in their original condition, we will begin processing your refund. The returned product(s) remain your responsibility until they arrive. Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your return gets lost in the mail, you’ll have proof that you sent it. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return at our warehouse in its original condition. Once received, we will apply the refund to the original payment method and this is usually done within 1 business day. We do our best to accept all returns, and returns have to be returned in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 business days depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Packages that have been shipped from our warehouse and are not picked up by the customer or that the courier is unable to deliver, will be charged at the time of return. The fee is €30 or equivalent in another currency.
We try to ensure that the goods arrive free of defects. However, if you receive defective items or incorrect delivery, please make sure to contact our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. In these cases, we will arrange a free return service by courier. When a complaint is filed, an investigation is made about the product, in some cases we will send the complaint to the supplier for further investigation. Your opinions are greatly appreciated, so we ask that you contact us to give us your opinions and express your concerns.
Return or exchange an item yourself
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date – returns can be arranged by contacting customer service on live chat, email or on your account.
The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or other method used for the purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition.
 The return of items that appear damaged or marked may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of return. You can send the item back to us using any other trackable method, at your own expense.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

If an item is eligible to be returned and refunded, you may return it within the return window. The return window is 90 days from the date of purchase for returnable items with the following exceptions:- Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed.
- Some free gifts.
- Some customized products.
- Some underwear orders.
You are required to send back your return package within 14 days after you submit your return request in the return window. You may not return an item after the return window
