- Your item couldn’t be delivered, arrived late, or was lost in transit
We've got your back if something goes wrong. Here's how it works:

File a Return:
Select the item(s) you would like to return on “Your orders” page and click the “Return/Refund” button. Please share your reason for return to help us serve you better next time! Select the return method and click “Submit”. Items that can’t be returned but may be refunded (this does not affect your statutory rights):
- Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed.
- Some free gifts.
- Some customized products.
- Some underwear orders.

Returns:
The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free! The return window for most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items can be returned within the return window in their original condition for a full refund. To avoid additional shipping costs and minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns, we suggest that you select the items you wish to return together. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.
